Frequently asked questions
Yes. The arched glued-timber structure is insulated, and heating and ventilation (optional) keep it comfortable in winter too. The glued timber is protected against moisture and UV.
It depends on floor area, foundation type and local regulations. Structures on screw piles, without a permanent foundation, are often treated more leniently, but always check your municipality’s rules before investing.
It depends on the location, the nightly rate and occupancy. A year-round structure also earns off-season, and you own it outright — 100% of the revenue stays with you.
We usually install on screw piles or on a prepared slab — you get the base drawings from us. We prepare the structure for power and water connections, and our own crew handles the assembly.
It is the most intimate of our models — the arched shape creates a cosy interior ideal for two. It works as a romantic rental cabin or a private retreat at the back of your plot.
We give a 3-year warranty on the structure and select materials for over 10 years. The glued timber is protected against moisture and UV, and the covering withstands snow and wind.
