In most cases a light notification procedure applies rather than a full permit — the rules depend on your local authority. We match every build to your plot and local regulations, and advise you at the quotation stage.
Yes. The glued-timber and steel structure is calculated for the snow and wind loads of the region. With insulation and heating the pavilion works from March to December, and the glamping versions all year.
Pavilions: 4–8 weeks from the deposit. Spherical tents: 2–3 weeks. A 3-year warranty on the structure, material durability of over 10 years.
