An Under Wood home Ø6.2 m (30 m²) costs from 38 000 zł net. Larger sizes (8 m, 9.5 m, 12 m) are quoted individually. The total investment in a rental-ready unit with insulation, heating and a bathroom module: 80–120k zł net. Instalment payment available.
Yes. The glued-laminated-timber and steel structure is calculated for snow and wind loads, and with insulation, heating and air conditioning the home works all year round. Founded on screw piles or a foundation — chosen for your soil and location. Power, water and sewage are brought in as for a small house. A bathroom module and a mezzanine are available, so the unit can operate as a self-contained guest room.
One home takes 2–3 weeks from the deposit. A 3-year warranty on the structure, material durability of over 10 years. We manufacture everything ourselves in Blachownia — you talk to the maker, not a middleman.
In structure and durability. Glued laminated timber joined with steel nodes instead of a bare steel frame, panoramic tempered-glass glazing and full insulation. Under Wood is a home for years, bought outright — not a seasonal tent to be replaced in a few years.
An Under Wood home Ø6.2 m (30 m²) on screw piles in most cases requires no permit or notification. Larger models may require notification (up to 50 m²) or a permit (above 50 m²), depending on local zoning. Details: Does a pavilion / glamping home need a permit?
